■産後太りってどうして起こるの？
女性の身体は妊娠するとリラキシンというホルモンが分泌して、
出産時に骨盤が開きやすくなります。
また、おなかの中で赤ちゃんが育っていくと、腹筋や骨盤の周辺の筋肉が伸ばされてしまいます。
出産後に、そのままほうっておくと骨盤が開いたまま…。
骨盤は開いたままだと、内蔵を守ろうとするために皮下脂肪を蓄えます。
それが産後太りに繋がってしまうのです。■体重、体型が元に戻らないのは何故？
出産のために開いた骨盤は、ホルモンの影響により産後約2ヶ月で元に戻ろうとしますが、
筋肉量が減っているので、収縮が行われず正常に戻らないことがほとんど…
